Did you know that according to the IRS:

“Taxpayers are required to obtain a qualified appraisal for donated property for which a deduction of more than $5,000 is claimed”?

As a Certified Senior Equine Appraiser, Rita Timpanaro develops her value opinions in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). These are the national standards used in the appraisal industry by all professional appraisers. By complying with USPAP, Rita’s value opinions are developed based on facts and other pertinent information, market research and analysis and the use of nationally recognized appraisal methodology. A professional equine appraiser’s goal is to determine a horse’s value based on what the proper market indicates it is worth at a given point in time.

How is the Economy Affecting the Current Value of Your Horse?

The Internal Revenue Service carefully scrutinizes tax returns when non-cash donations represent a significant value. Reduce the risk of being audited and/or penalized. With the strong background of Rita Timpanaro in the equine industry and business management,
coupled with her professional appraisal training and good standing with the American Society of Equine Appraisers, you are assured of a competent, professional product delivered in a timely fashion.
